Side-Load (侧挂式)

The tube is loaded from the side, gripped by rotating chucks on both ends.

Pros:

  • Best for heavy/long tubes (up to 12m)
  • Higher rotational precision
  • Better support for large diameters
  • Ideal for K (bevel) and CL (zero tailing) series
Cons:
  • Larger footprint
  • Higher machine cost
  • Slower loading cycle
Models: C Series, K Series, CL Series, F Series, Z Series

Push-Load (平推式)

The tube is pushed linearly through a stationary cutting head.

Pros:

  • Compact footprint
  • Faster cycle time for thin-wall tubes
  • Better for high-speed cutting of light profiles
  • Lower machine cost
Cons:
  • Limited to lighter tubes
  • Shorter max tube length
  • Less precise for heavy-wall cuts
