Side-Load (侧挂式)
The tube is loaded from the side, gripped by rotating chucks on both ends.
Pros:
- Best for heavy/long tubes (up to 12m)
- Higher rotational precision
- Better support for large diameters
- Ideal for K (bevel) and CL (zero tailing) series
- Larger footprint
- Higher machine cost
- Slower loading cycle
Push-Load (平推式)
The tube is pushed linearly through a stationary cutting head.
Pros:
- Compact footprint
- Faster cycle time for thin-wall tubes
- Better for high-speed cutting of light profiles
- Lower machine cost
- Limited to lighter tubes
- Shorter max tube length
- Less precise for heavy-wall cuts
